FREE DAY OF YOGA SEPTEMBER 6, 2010
This is an annual event to join the DFW yoga community. Many studios all over DFW are offering free yoga classes from 4am to 10p. Check dfwfreedayofyoga.com to find out more information.
Power Flow Hot Yoga is offering a free yoga class that day, Monday, September 6, at its 9:30-10:30 class. This is a level 2 and 3 class, so expect to move and sweat. Arm balancing/inversion poses will be offered, but modifications will be shown for people that are fairly new to the practice.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early
What to bring:
towel, water bottle, yoga mat, and comfortable clothing. Remember that the room is heated, so expect to sweat.
